About Suliman A. Kamyar
Suliman A. Kamyar, PMP®, CSM®, is an entrepreneur, strategic development leader, and project management professional based in Fairfax County, Virginia. He brings more than 14 years of experience across government, nonprofit, private-sector, and international development organizations, with a focus on enterprise project delivery, economic opportunity, and technology-enabled solutions.
He is the Founder and CEO of TechBridge Management Solutions LLC, where he leads work in project and program management, business development, organizational strategy, technology integration, and digital transformation. He also serves as Founder and Executive Director of the Global Institute for Sustainable Development (GISD), advancing education and skills development, community engagement, and economic opportunity.
Throughout his career, Suliman has managed or supported $200 million+ in multi-sector portfolios, authored 500+ proposals, and contributed to training for 1,000+ professionals. His work includes enterprise PMO standards and the development of governance, scheduling, reporting, and delivery systems across public, private, and donor-funded environments.
From 2017 to 2020, Suliman served as Economic Advisor and Chair of the Economic Empowerment Group within the Government of Afghanistan. He coordinated across 29 government and international institutions, contributed to national strategies and economic reforms, and supported programs promoting entrepreneurship, livelihoods, and financial inclusion. His economic development work included a rural development model whose reported pilot outcomes included more than 10,000 jobs and strengthened food security for more than 65,000 people.
In the United States, Suliman serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Afghan Chamber of Commerce, where he chairs the Planning Committee. He has also volunteered with nonprofit organizations across Missouri, Illinois, and the Washington, D.C. region, contributing expertise in strategic planning, project standardization, governance, and organizational development.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Kabul University and professional credentials including PMP®, CSM®, ICP-ORG, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, and NCSS. Fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto, he combines policy insight, technical understanding, and collaborative leadership to help organizations turn ambitious ideas into measurable impact.

Partnerships, training, and small business support
Through TechBridge Management Solutions and TechBridge Digital Marketing, I secured and delivered an engagement with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), providing brand development, website development, and multi-channel digital marketing support for three IRC-supported client businesses.
I also delivered bilingual English and Dari workshops in collaboration with the IRC and the California Mosaic Small Business Center, covering branding, rebranding, website design, and social media strategy for entrepreneurs.
